After you create an account, you get instant access to all Express Waybill features for 14 days. We don't require a credit card during the trial, so you can try Express Waybill obligation-free. 


We will make a business call for each new account in order to verify that our users are real persons. All fake/spam accounts will be deleted without warning.



What happens at the trial end?


Our support team will email you 3 days before your trial expires. You can choose one of our plans and pay by credit card or contact our support team if you wish to pay by check or by phone. 


Your trial account will become your permanent account (all of your customization, data, and actions will remain intact). 


If you decide not to continue your account at the end of your 14-day trial, your account will expire. 

In case of trial account expiration, we'll lock down your account but we'll delete all your personal data within 30 days from the expiration date. If you change your mind you may activate your account within the 30-day time-frame. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.



Do I have to sign a contract?


There is absolutely no contract to sign for monthly subscription. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason or you decide to stop using our services you may cancel at any time without any penalty. We're asking you to announce us at least 7 days before in order to have the time to close your account in a proper manner.


For owned licences, you will have to sign a contract but don't worry there is the usual legal stuff.
